Account Registration & Management

2.1 Registration Process

To open an account with v88, you must provide your full name, mobile number, and a strong password. Mobile number verification is mandatory after registration.

2.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login credentials confidential. v88 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from sharing your password with another person.

• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact support immediately.
• If you log in on a public or shared computer, always log out when you're done.
• We recommend keeping two-factor authentication (2FA) enabled on your account.

2.3 Account Closure

V88 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close an account for any of the following reasons:

• Suspected fraud or dishonest activity
• Operating Multiple Accounts
• Bonus Abuse
• Suspicious money laundering activity

Betting Rules

3.1 Bet Acceptance & Cancellation

V88 aims to process all bets instantly. However, bets may be voided in the following circumstances:

• A bet placed before a match starts, where the match is subsequently cancelled
• Incorrect odds displayed due to an obvious technical error
• Match abandoned by the organizer
• Abnormal bet amounts accepted due to input errors

Once a bet is confirmed, the odds at the time of placement will determine the outcome, even if odds change afterwards. In live betting, odds may change at any time and the last confirmed odds shall be final.

Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

The following activities will be considered bonus abuse and may result in bonus cancellation and account suspension:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses
• Transferring a bonus to another family member's account
• Using artificial betting patterns to meet bonus requirements
• Hedging or arbitrage betting to circumvent wagering requirements

5.3 Bonus Validity Period

Each bonus has a specific validity period. Expired bonuses will be cancelled automatically and no compensation will be provided.

• Delays or errors from third-party payment systems

Changes & Termination of Terms

V88 reserves the right to modify, amend, or cancel these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes, at least 7 days' notice will be provided.

Members may close their account at any time. We recommend withdrawing your balance before submitting an account closure request.
